We’re looking for a confident and experienced senior sales consultant to join a flagship 900-unit residential development in North London. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a major scheme from a prominent developer, selling a mix of private residential homes in a fast-paced, high-demand market. The role: Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial enquiry through to completion. Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with buyers. Guide purchasers through the buying journey, providing expert knowledge and support. Work closely with the wider sales and marketing team to meet and exceed sales targets. Represent the development professionally, ensuring the highest standards in presentation and communication. About you: Proven track record in new homes sales, ideally in large-scale residential developments. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals confidently. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to work weekends and operate in a target-driven environment.
