Our Segment Management Senior Director in Decorative (Deco) owns the creation and ownership of the overall strategy, working closely with our Brand Vice Presidents and cross-functional leads to develop tailored solutions, strategies and initiatives. You will collaborate across all brands to ensure clear communication and alignment, driving alliance through initiatives like establishing centralized activities (COEs) and developing unified processes for sales, product offerings, and resource optimization. You will also serve as a center of excellence, supporting all brands while connecting cross-brand initiatives and cross-functional projects. They champion our One Deco, Stronger Together vision and lead Key Areas of Focus to achieve our strategy. Preferred location is Copenhagen or UK. You will be responsible for driving the overall strategy and direction for the Deco segment at Hempel, collaborating with business and brand leaders within Deco, as well as cross-functionally across Hempel. Key responsibilities include: Developing Deco's strategy, leading product innovation initiatives, and driving sustainability efforts. Leading marketing excellence and eCommerce development, as well as product portfolio management, including new product development and compliance. Additionally, the position is responsible for central support initiatives like Product Management excellence, commercial excellence, and market insights, while encouraging positive relationships across the organization and leading large-scale transformations. The ideal candidate balances strategic thinking with execution, influences key stakeholders, and brings innovative leadership to streamline processes and drive efficiencies.
