My client is an established, Independent brand, seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Negotiator to join their team.
Your role is pivotal in facilitating property Sales, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth process for clients.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the Property Market and ideally at least 1 year’s previous experience.
Responsibilities
* Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
* Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits effectively.
* Negotiate offers between buyers and Vendors ensuring a satisfactory outcome for all parties involved.
* Maintain current knowledge of the local property market trends and regulations.
* Prepare marketing materials for properties, including descriptions and photographs.
* Manage administrative tasks related to sales
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Utilise various platforms to advertise properties effectively.
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales negotiation is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
* Administrative proficiency to handle paperwork accurately and timely.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
* A valid driving licence.
Package on offer
* Basic Salary £23,000 - £24,000 dependent on experience
* Commission structure
* Realistic OTE £30,000 +
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday (Day off in the week)
* Saturdays
