Role Overview:
Reporting directly into the AR Lead, you will support the other roles within the team including Accounts receivable, Credit control, and some adhoc projects as required. The role will provide you with a good foundation and understanding of finance.
Your Daily Quest (Key Responsibilities):
* Opening customer accounts, checking contract details and setting credit limits.
* Updating customers address for new Banking regulation
* Replying to Customer queries in the AR inbox and ticketing system
* Dealing with Customers Purchase Orders so a good understanding is needed
* Answering and actioning calls both internally and externally
* Working with Customer portals uploading invoices
* Taking card payments for customers
* Raising of ad-hoc sales invoices
* Filing of Accounts documentation
* General help within the Finance team

* You are analytical with a high level of attention to detail and enjoy problem solving
* You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Outlook and Word in particular).
