Responsibilities
Main duties:
You will be supporting the sales and account management teams by being the first point of contact for customers, retailers and distributors.
The role:
– Support the sales team as required
– Administration including completing new customer forms
– Responding to emails, website and telephone enquiries providing outstanding service
– Translating of documents as needed
– Monitor and update selected websites
– Building relationships with distributors and all administrative duties related to the distribution network
– Develop and maintain the database
– Occasionally attend tradeshows
Candidate's Profile
– Sales Support / Customer Service experience recommended
– Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner
– Ability to work independently while sticking to tight deadlines
– Proactive, enthusiastic and flexible
– IT literate (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
