Job Description
Trueline's client, a leading electrical construction company, is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join their team in overseeing complex electrical projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful initiatives and drive successful outcomes in a dynamic industry.
What You'll Do as the Electrical Project Manager:
1. Spearhead electrical construction projects from conception to completion
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives
3. Craft comprehensive project plans, including task allocation and timelines
4. Oversee project estimating and financial management
5. Implement cost control measures to maintain budget integrity
6. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure optimal terms
7. Monitor project progress, adjusting strategies as needed to meet goals
8. Deliver regular status updates to key stakeholders
9. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards
10. Organize and manage 5-8 crews of electricians and apprentices
Must-Haves:
* 5+ years of experience with electrical estimating and project management
* 5+ years of experience with electrical construction systems and practices
* Experience with managing multiple projects at a time
* Experience with client and contractor relationships
* Experience with negotiations and problem-solving skills
Nice-To-Haves:
* 10+ years of experience as an Electrical Estimation Project Manager for residential, commercial, and industrial electrical construction or maintenance
* Established client and contractor contacts
* Formal degree in Construction, Project Management, or Electrical disciplines
