Are you passionate about making a difference in children's lives? Are you enthusiastic about fostering foundational literacy skills? Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated Phonics Intervention Assistant to support students in their journey towards mastering phonics.

Responsibilities:
1. Implement phonics intervention programs tailored to the needs of individual students or small groups.
2. Assist students in developing phonemic awareness, decoding skills, and fluency through engaging activities and resources.
3. Collaborate with classroom teachers and educational specialists to identify students who require additional phonics support.
4. Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed to ensure maximum effectiveness.
5. Provide regular feedback to teachers and school administrators regarding student performance and intervention outcomes.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in education or related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
2. Experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably with a focus on literacy development.
3. Strong knowledge of phonics instruction principles and best practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
5. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students overcome learning challenges.
