Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll lead the team in delivering exceptional service to all our visitors, creating an environment where everyone feels welcome. As Assistant Manager, you'll be working across our three unique sites-Glendurgan Teahouse, Penrose The Stables, and Gunwalloe Kiosk-throughout the year, adapting to seasonal needs and ensuring consistent, high standards of food and service at each location. By helping to drive our financial targets and contributing to our income, you'll be supporting the National Trust's mission to care for our special places, ensuring they can be enjoyed for generations to come. * Glendurgan Garden Teahouse: Known for its freshly prepared menu, homemade cakes, and scones, open February-October.
* Penrose The Stables: Open year-round, serving hot and cold drinks with barista service.
* Gunwalloe Kiosk: Open April-October, offering a relaxed spot with drinks and snacks.
* Durgan Ice Cream Kiosk: Volunteer-operated but overseen by our team.
