Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience of working with students with social, emotional, mental health, communication difficulties, and associated challenging behaviors
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents/carers
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
