About the Role We are looking for a Junior Motion Designer in Leeds to join our ever expanding global internal agency and support our creative output for some top global brands. As a junior motion designer you’ll utilise your knowledge of After Effects to bring passion, creativity and a keen eye for detail across multiple points of delivery and clients Your eager-to-learn attitude will broaden the scope of work, enabling you to train on the job and develop your skills with us. Your enthusiasm for design and knowledge of up to date trends will help to bring content to life which is also showcased in your showreel and portfolio. With some relevant experience under your belt, you have working knowledge of agency processes, tackling creative briefs, and implementing creative feedback. You will be confident in presenting your ideas, communicating with the team and expressing your creative flair. An in-depth understanding of football is preferred, however not essential. Football transcends all aspects of popular culture and so should your thinking. What You Have Good use of After Effects and experience working in Photoshop & Illustrator. A good understanding of composition, narrative and pacing. Ability to conceptualise, storyboard and create video across digital and social channels. Ability to produce graphical assets and styleframes in Photoshop. Experience working in an agency-like setting. Great organisation and communication skills with the team. Confident presenting and explaining ideas. Proactive, ambitious, detail-oriented attitude. Collaborative and enthusiastic vibes for your craft. A keen eye for text animation and upcoming type trends.
