We are looking for a self-motivated Executive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President, Head of Corporate Development. This role requires attention to detail, proven organisational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing multiple critical requests. The Executive Assistant will act as a flawless extension of the SVP and will work closely with other Executive Assistants throughout the organization. The Executive Assistant will also work closely with the other members of the investment team to foster a collegial environment and ensure smooth transaction executions. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is important, as well as professionalism in dealing with senior executives inside and outside of the company. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete sophisticated tasks quickly, autonomously, and react with appropriate vitality to situations that require a quick turnaround. You can work optimally in a team environment and build effective working relationships both internally and externally.
What You Will Be Doing
1. Conserves executives time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and emails and documents; collecting and analysing information; initiating telecommunications; managing the team’s internal CRM and Notes board; or preparing speaking notes, communications, and presentations.
2. Maintains executives appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, agendas, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
3. Event planning for key meetings, events, and off-sites including coordinating conference/meeting room set-up, ordering catering, and making logistical arrangements.
4. Provide high-level support to efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives on time.
5. Be a trusted cornerstone in the London office and driving culture and initiatives in this office.
6. Act as the point of contact and maintain executive, customer, and employee confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Who are we looking for?
1. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or relevant work experience required.
2. Experience from a similar role preferably from financial services, investment banking or private equity industry.
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Efficient in business software and business systems processes and approvals.
5. Work across the organization with different collaborators.
6. Demonstrating excellent communication skills.
7. Validated experience working with critical information.
8. Structured and detail-oriented.
9. Experience with building relationships to external clients.
10. Enjoys being in the office the majority of the days.
11. Capacity to work across multiple time zones.
