Job summary This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, adaptable, forward thinking individual to join the Heart Failure team as Specialist Nurse Lead at East Coast Community Healthcare. The successful applicant will work around the Great Yarmouth and Waveney area as part of an enthusiastic and supportive Heart Failure team providing high quality care and support to the local community. As a key role in the Heart Failure team the successful candidate will be responsible for line managing the team on a day to day basis whilst leading the team clinically driving quality improvement and learning across the Heart Failure service. The successful applicant will act as the clinical 'expert' on all clincial aspects relating to Heart Failure and as such the individual will need to have excellent clinical and leadership skills alongside a specialist knowledge of heart failure management. The successful applicant will be proactive and resilient, with the ability to juggle deadlines and competing demands in helping to deliver the Heart Failure agenda.
