8:30am-5pm with one hour for lunch
Monday – Friday, Hybrid upon completion of training period
Fixed Term – 9 month maternity cover
Our Client based near Bury St Edmunds, is searching for a Customer Service Advisor to join their small but very welcoming team on a 9 month fixed term basis. Reporting to the Customer Service Lead, the successful candidate will be confident and able to problem solve, outgoing with a positive nature and be able to provide an excellent level of service to customers, always exceeding their expectations!
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Using own initiative to deal with customer complains in a professional manner
• Ensuring documents and reports are completed in a timely and efficient manner and passed on to relevant departments
• Adhering to company protocols at all times when dealing with specific customer requirements
• Liaising with multiple individuals/teams both internal and external, to ensure that information is passed on smoothly and accurately
• Demonstrate the ability to confidently problem solve
• Understand the company process in thorough detail
Key Skills:
• Able to work well under pressure, ensuring deadlines are met and documents are accurate
• Able to work alone and as part of a wider team
• Demonstrates excellent telephone manner
• Ability to problem solve
• Previous experience using SAP desirable
• Able to extract and present data
• Shows exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
