Keswick Ministries exists to inspire and equip Christians to love and live for Christ in his world. Our three priorities are hearing God’s Word, becoming like God’s Son, and serving God’s mission.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in identifying opportunities, creating strategy, and delivering significant growth in the areas of communications and fundraising. This includes leading a small but growing team to deliver communications, development, marketing, and PR.
We are therefore looking for someone with all the above, plus:
1. Extensive experience in managing teams
2. Experience of and evidence of contribution to broader organisational leadership and decision making
3. Experience in creating and telling compelling stories through the broadest range of media, maximising the potential of each
4. Experience in marketing and public relations, and ability to measure and demonstrate the impact of those efforts
5. A significant number of years working in fundraising in a Christian charity with similar core beliefs and values to Keswick Ministries
6. An eagerness to be fully part of the in-person team in the office in Keswick (with some hybrid options)
7. A wholehearted belief in and commitment to KM’s statement of beliefs and values
