Customer Service Manager - Nottingham - £45,000 plus benefits
Cherrry Professional is pleased to be working with their Financial Services sector client on an exciting and rare opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to join their busy and thriving team. Responsibilities
* Support the ongoing Customer Service plan, upholding a level of service excellence driven by positive reviews and customer feedback.
* Work with our compliance team to continually ensure policies and procedures are adhered to.
* Report regularly on team and customer effectiveness, identified risks, complaint handling, and customer outcomes.
* Lead and drive employees’ understanding of customers.
* Support and encourage the customer services agenda.
* Guide and support the junior managers and employees to recognize the right priorities to work on, ensuring best outcomes.
* Ensure employees can recognize vulnerable customers and know the best outcomes.
* Build strong relationships with the compliance and underwriting teams to grow a strong inter-department relationship.
Ideal Person
* 5+ years of experience in customer services with previous management level or team leader experience.
* Experience in high-cost, short-term lending is beneficial.
* An understanding of UK financial services and/or experience working in the financial industry.
* Compliance & Regulatory Awareness.
* Good team management and people development skills, ensuring a culture of leading by doing.

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Office based.
