Export Sales Administrator
We are supporting a client of ours based in Burford, Oxford who are looking for an Export Sales Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to sales enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Coordinate customer collections and deliveries through our warehouse.
Arrange and oversee import/export processes, ensuring compliance with customs regulations
Maintain accurate documentation for import/export processes.
Monitor stock levels on Sage and place orders when necessary.
Oversee office supplies and ensure sufficient inventory.
Handle invoicing, filing, and other administrative tasks.
Conduct and manage risk assessments for both the showroom and warehouse.Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word and Excel.
Use of Sage
Ability to manage and update in-house databasesAll training will be provided.
Pay Rate: £27k/£28k.
