Role Overview

Corporate/Commercial Solicitor or Legal Executive Responsibilities:
* Handle diverse non-contentious corporate and commercial matters
* Manage business sales and purchases, including share and asset transactions
* Draft and advise on shareholders' agreements and articles of association
* Conduct company incorporations and restructuring projects
* Develop partnership and LLP agreements, with focus on farming partnerships
* Create commercial contracts and standard terms and conditions
* Support management buy-outs and financing arrangements

Corporate/Commercial Solicitor or Legal Executive Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ to 5 years PQE)
