My client is seeking a Sales Executive/Administrator to act as the first point of contact for sales enquiries and to support their Commercial team. This role is ideal for a professional with a positive and proactive approach to client engagement and CRM management.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Capture detailed client requirements, ensuring they are accurately recorded on the CRM and communicated to the Commercial team.
* Compile regular sales reports using CRM tools to capture the lead pipeline and conversion rates.
* Oversee communications between the commercial teams and clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and actions.
* Schedule Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions for leads and prospects with sales representatives.
* Support the Business Development team with lead generation, client follow-ups, and data entry.
* Manage and track sales orders for accuracy and timely processing.
* Assist in preparing sales materials and ensure prompt responses to incoming enquiries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a Sales Administrator, Sales Support, or similar role.
* Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, and its tools for sales and reporting.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
