As a Primary Teacher, you will play a vital role in the development and growth of students during this critical stage of their education. Your patient, supportive, and engaging approach will help create a stimulating learning environment and foster a love for learning.
Responsibilities:
– Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum
– Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation
– Build strong relationships with students, parents, and other staff members
– Take part in extracurricular activities and school events when required
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
– Experience teaching students, preferably in a primary school setting
– Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Passion for delivering high-quality education and supporting student development
– Ability to create engaging and differentiated lesson plans

We recruit primary teachers for jobs in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2) primary teacher job roles.
As a primary school teacher you’ll be expected to:
1. Teach all areas of the school curriculum or your subject specialism
2. Organise the classroom and learning resources to create a positive teaching environment
3. Plan, prepare and teach lessons that cater for all student ability ranges
4. Motivate pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative presentation
5. Maintain discipline
6. Meet requirements for the assessment and recording of pupils’ development
7. Coordinate activities and resources within a specific area of the curriculum, supporting colleagues in the delivery of this specialist area
8. Stay up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum
9. Take part in school events and activities which may take place at weekends or in the evening
10. Liaise with colleagues and working flexibly, particularly within smaller schools
