In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the productivity of the manufacturing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality standards across all processes, and maintaining strict adherence to company policies and procedures. Well, we've got just the opportunity for you Here's what we're looking for: Team Leadership : Oversee the training, development, motivation, and engagement of manufacturing staff to ensure peak performance. Quality Control: Monitor daily quality control checks for all manufacturing functions to ensure product excellence. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with company health and safety policies. Workflow Management: Maintain day-to-day operational efficiency, resolving any issues that arise promptly. Process Improvement: Manage and optimize manufacturing processes, addressing queries and issues as they emerge. Team Collaboration: Participate actively in workload meetings to align team objectives and ensure smooth operations. Key Requirements: •Proven experience in manufacturing processes, ideally with a background in Print Finishing.•Strong leadership and team management skills.•A proactive and flexible approach with a solid work ethic.We are looking for someone who brings a unique perspective and contributes to our inclusive team.
