Job Opportunity: Regional Development Manager Are you a dynamic leader with a knack for business growth? Drain Doctor is looking for a Regional Development Manager to spearhead our expansion in the UK. Drain Doctor is a market-leading national provider of emergency and planned drainage services through a franchised network of over 30 regional offices and 60 locations, and forms a key brand within Neighbourly, a values-guided world-leader of franchise brands focused on repairing, maintaining and enhancing customer’s homes and businesses. The successful candidate will shape and grow new territories, manage day-to-day operations, and drive customer acquisition for our established premium brand. The ideal candidate will be Stockport based with local travel as and when is required. What You’ll Do: Launch and expand new territories, hiring and managing teams, and driving strategic growth. Maximise sales opportunities and increase brand awareness within your region. Lead daily operations and ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service. Build relationships, manage technicians, and drive operational excellence. Prepare and position the business for future sale, maximising its value. What We’re Looking For: Strong management experience with a growth-focused mindset. Proven commercial skills within the drainage and plumbing sector. Strong business development, sales, and team leadership experience. Self-motivated, adaptable, and a strategic thinker with a passion for results. On offer is £60,000-£70,000 benefits.
