Are you a passionate operations specialist with a proven track record in retail and catering? My client is looking for an experienced professional to join the thriving theme park team and help create unforgettable experiences for the guests
Role Overview
* Salary: £33-35k per annum (depending on experience)
* Location: A popular theme park in the UK
* Reporting to: Retail and Commercial Manager
Key Responsibilities
* Support and oversee retail and catering operations across multiple park units
* Coordinate and supervise staff, ensuring high standards of food safety and exceptional customer service
* Manage merchandising, stock levels, and unit presentation to maintain an attractive and efficient environment
* Motivate and lead team leaders and supervisors to achieve company goals
* Ensure strict compliance with Trading Standards, Environmental Health, and Health & Safety regulations
* Produce staff rotas within agreed budgets and timelines
* Conduct staff training and maintain accurate records
* Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in customer-facing roles and managing large teams
* Strong knowledge of ordering, stocktakes, and hygiene regulations
* Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate (support provided for Level 4)
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Passion for the retail and catering industry
* Adaptable and able to work under pressure
