About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) to join our team as a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the delivery of high-quality care services in our care home
* Liaising with the General Manager to ensure seamless operations
* Maintaining and improving care standards through regular audits and quality checks
* Leading by example and motivating a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional resident care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN)
* Teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification
* Experience in managing residents with diverse health needs
* Succesful track record in safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments
* Strong knowledge of HR practices and budget management
* Demonstrated ability to support newly qualified nurses through preceptorship

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience.
