The working hours will be 11am-1.00pm.
Do you have what it takes to make a significant contribution to our school? We are looking for a committed, reliable and enthusiastic team player to join our team of Lunchtime Support Assistants to ensure well-being, positive and personal development of all pupils. You will be required to set up and clear the tables, assist and supervise children during lunchtime both at lunch and in the playground to ensure the children have an enjoyable and sociable lunchtime experience. You will engage and enhance our children through positive play. Are you: • Patient, tolerant, sympathetic, and aware of SEN in early years • Hardworking and conscientious • Willing to be flexible • Respectful of confidentiality • Fun, with a good sense of humour • Able to follow instructions and the ability to guide and supervise children. The successful applicant will be highly motivated, enthusiastic and able to demonstrate the following qualities required to be effective in this important role; friendly; fair; flexible, fun, proactive; confident; calm and positive. Candidates must enjoy working with children, be able to use their initiative and be willing to implement the school’s behaviour policy, where appropriate.
