What You’ll Do This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn while making an impact. Here’s what you’ll be doing: • Working closely with our Technical Support Engineers, helping to solve real-world customer challenges. • Learning to replicate customer issues to identify technical problems and develop solutions. • Supporting customers and distributors via email and phone (don’t worry, we’ll train you first). • Assisting with maintaining demonstration stock and organizing internal and external training sessions for customers. • Updating our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and assisting with departmental operations. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who’s enthusiastic, curious, and ready to learn. You don’t need loads of experience, just a passion for tech and the right attitude. Here’s what will help you succeed: • Equivalent of 4 GCSEs (including English and Maths at grade 4 or above). • Basic understanding of electrical systems: Ideally, someone who has covered Level 2, or preferably Level 3, in Electrical Installation. If not, an understanding of Ohm’s Law, current, voltage, and resistance in a circuit and their effects is essential. • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and social media platforms. • Great communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude. • Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a can-do approach.
