Contract: Permanent contract. Day and night shifts available.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will lead a team of Care Assistants that delivers high-quality, personal care to our residents. You’ll be responsible for all clinical duties in the home, including observation, medication, reviewing care plans, and accurate record keeping. Your clinical expertise will also be crucial in helping with all CQC responsibilities.
As a Clinical Lead, you’ll need to have completed or be working towards an NVQ3 in care. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, along with a passion for making a real difference in people’s lives.
You’ll help us make health happen by:
* Day-to-day responsibility for running a unit
* Issuing medication, reviewing care plans, and accurate record keeping
* Leading and managing a team of Care Assistants, including responsibility for all shift handovers
* Training and supervising new staff members
* Building relationships with residents, their families, and external teams
* Assisting residents with personal care duties
