We operate across Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and surrounding areas, and we utilise the latest technology to ensure that we not only deliver a great experience for our customers, but for our colleagues as well.

We are currently looking for a Plumber (Multi Skilled) to be responsible for the delivery and completion of plumbing repairs within our customers’ homes and within empty properties (voids). As a plumber, you will have the relevant training, experience, and trade skills to cover a wide range of plumbing related repairs, ensuring that the repairs required are diagnosed correctly and works completed are to a high standard and quality.
Working to a rotating shift pattern of 40 hours per week, with some weekend working.
What you will be doing:
1. Applying your technical knowledge, skills, and training to complete the repairs assigned to you in a safe, efficient manner.
2. Taking responsibility for ensuring that you operate in an organised way with minimal downtime, meeting the needs of our customers.
3. Delivering a high standard of workmanship, quality, and customer experience.
4. Achieving a high-level of first-time fix, and ensuring that we achieve a positive outcome for the customer.
We’d love to meet someone with:
1. A strong, demonstrable commitment to excellence in customer service.
2. Excellent knowledge of domestic plumbing installations, with proven experience in diagnosing, repairing, and resolving issues.
3. NVQ level 2 or higher Plumbing (E) or C&G 6189: Plumbing and domestic heating Level 2 or higher.
4. Full clean driving licence.
5. Good and relevant health and safety knowledge.
6. An organised approach to work, self-motivated, with a positive attitude and able to manage time effectively and efficiently.
