Are you a skilled plumber looking for a permanent opportunity in the Larkhill area?
Here at Antac we are looking for a skilled domestic plumber to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. The role will be working across the MoD Housing contract in Larkhill, Bulford and Tidworth to provide reactive maintenance work within the service family accommodation. This could be anything from changing a set of taps to fixing pipework within the property.
You will be working as part of a highly skilled team to ensure that we are able to identify and repair any issues quickly and to a high standard. As this role is working within the reactive team you will be required to be “on call” on a 1 in 4 rota.
Responsibilities:
* Attend jobs across the MoD sites to review the issues with the occupants and inspect the work that needs to be completed.
* Repair any plumbing fixtures throughout the property to a high standard.
* Diagnose and resolve any plumbing issues that there could be – such as leaks, replacement parts, pipework replacements.
* Install new fixtures where required – such as toilets, showers, etc.
* Repair and maintain pipes, valves and drainage systems to a high standard.
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* Plumbing qualifications and relevant experience.
* Ability to pass security vetting.
* Full UK driving licence.
* No Gas is required.
