3. Processing invoices and expenses in a timely manner.
4. Reconciling supplier statements.
5. Handling purchase enquiries.
6. Maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
7. Assisting with end-of-month reporting.
8. Collaborating with the wider Accounting & Finance team on special projects.
9. Adhering to all company policies and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
10. A strong understanding of accounting principles.
11. Excellent numerical skills.
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
