* Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 Base, £60,000 - £90,000 OTE, plus accelerators, bonus, pension, health & more

The Opportunity
This role is about more than just filling a position; it’s about building your legacy as an Account Manager. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Strengthening Client Relationships: Manage contract renewals, align pricing, and proactively address churn risks.
2. Driving Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand product usage and introduce new services.
3. Relationship Management: Resolve issues, lead business reviews, and align with client goals.
4. Lead Conversion: Collaborate with Sales Development to convert qualified leads into clients.
5. Strategic Planning: Develop account plans, maintain pipelines, forecast, and update CRM.
6. Achieving Targets: Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
7. Customer Advocacy: Deliver excellent experiences to foster testimonials and referrals.
8. Market Awareness: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
9. Compliance: Ensure accurate billing, documentation, and adherence to policies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
You should have:
* Fluent knowledge of IT, SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services.
* A proven track record in renewals, upselling, and account expansion.
* Strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.
* A growth mindset, constantly seeking to improve and adapt.
Salary & Rewards
