Drillmar Resources are currently recruiting for an administrator to work in our clients office based in Great Yarmouth.
This role is for an initial 12 month full time contract with potential extension.
The Responsibilites:
* Ensure that all company admistrative processes are done efficiently and dilligently.
* Accurate and secure maintenance of records within company database.
* Management of crew logistics including booking travel and accommodation.
* Liaising with company vendors and management of purchase order system.
* Dealing with inbound enquiries in a polite and courteous manner.
* Assist with any other varied tasks and duties as required.
The Applicant:
* A minimum of one-year's experience in an office or similar environment.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
* Appreciation for accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills - both spoken and written.
* Must be in possession of a valid Driving Licence.
* CRM Experience - Desirable .
* Oracle ERP Experience - Desirable.
