Role Overview
The Partner Account Manager will establish and develop partner relations and sales through strategic assigned partner accounts, for the VISUAL product category in the UK.
The successful individual must have experience in a similar industry, possess excellent communication skills and strong sales skills.
How you will become part of the bigger picture…
* Support and plan with distribution partners the required equipment profiles, ensuring contact and provide training for the Panasonic value proposition within distribution partners.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts, and prepare PSI reporting, by analysing and maintaining both project pipeline and channel inventory.
* Identify, develop and follow up on sales opportunities with defined reseller partners ensuring adequate partner management and the maintenance of project opportunities in Salesforce and as an input to the business planning process.
* Initiate, develop and implement partner related marketing plans and activities in conjunction with UK Regional Marketing Manager.
* Complete product demonstrations to channel partners and end users.
* Develop and prepare offers and new projects, together with other KAMs and partners.
* Continuously grow and focus on personal development using the Panasonic Leadership Principles.
What you will bring to the picture..
* Several years’ experience of working in a similar role.
* Experience in Business and Account Development in B2B is essential.
* Excellent understanding of TCO and ROI to sell based around value.
* Very strong communication and negotiation skills with a hunter mentality.
* Excellent English written and spoken skills.
* Ability to work on own initiative.
* Proficient understanding and know-how in processes, technologies, products and other relevant field of expertise.
* Effective utilisation of recognised planning, analytical or conceptual principles and techniques.
* Understanding and applying principles of effective project management.
* Ability to apply financial or technical data knowledge to provide sound analyses to drive results significantly and support respective management decision.
* Capable of challenging the status quo and overcoming obstacles.
* Ability to identify areas for improvement and propose action plans and projects as appropriate.
* Keen eye for detail.
* A high degree of judgment and problem-solving capability and decisions accordingly.
* Drive to achieve high results, with the energy and determination to succeed in a very fast-paced environment.
* Understand the impact of legislation and law regulations relevant to the business or function.
* Capable of organising in an efficient and methodical way.

Salary range: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Annual Leave: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (rising to 27 days on completion of 3 years of service)

Hours: 37.5 Full-time
Location: Field based role – Please note we will only be considering applications from candidates based in South East/London area due to client locations.
