Main duties of the job In this role you will vital in sharing positive news, creating engaging content, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Key tasks include sourcing good news stories, developing communication plans, evaluating the impact of communication activities, and ensuring they are written in plain English. You will create content for various channels such as corporate publications, press releases, promotional material, presentations, articles, newsletters, and reports. You will handle media relations, including proactive and reactive media handling, media monitoring, and build relationships with the media and stakeholders. Coordinating Freedom of Information and MP requests and responsesis a part of the role. You will support the development and delivery of marketing and communication plans, as well as creating content for digital communication channels like social media and the website.
