Job Description
The Group Real Estate & Workplace team supports over 40 locations across UK&I, APAC and EMEA regions. The Regional D&C Manager is responsible for the coordination and delivery of Design and Construction projects across the regions, engaging primarily with the RE&W group, local peers, business group leads and contractors.
Core Responsibilities
1. Oversee and manage design and construction projects to ensure timely completion within agreed budgets.
2. Work closely with and manage teams of project managers, architects, design consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
3. Provide guidance on construction, including selection of contractors, contract negotiations, change orders, procurement and contracting methods, schedule, and subcontractors.
4. Ensure the efficient use of resources throughout the project life cycle.
5. Oversee the creation, managing and oversight of project budgets for spend approvals.
6. Develop design guidelines, including space plan, finishes, systems, equipment, partnering with the Workplace Operations team as required.
7. Assist the Real Estate team in the evaluation of prospective office lease space.
8. Liaise with key internal stakeholders including senior leaders and local business representatives.

Required Experience:
* Familiarity with project management systems.
* Familiarity with architectural plans and details.
* Project management experience in a corporate environment.
* Membership of APM, RICS, CIOB, CIBSE or recognised equivalent.
* Familiarity with AutoCAD.
