The Role
We are looking for an articulate, enthusiastic and experienced agent to join our fast-growing team based in Hitchin.
Our Hitchin office covers outlying villages and central locations, where property values typically range from £600,000-£2,000,000. The area is one of high demand, where property styles vary considerably, making the role both interesting and challenging.
Your primary responsibility will be selling properties, negotiating offers, business generation, prospecting and working from our extensive database of past and present clientele across Hertfordshire and London. You’ll also support our Head of Hitchin Sales by undertaking market appraisals in their absence, following these diligently through the marketing phase until they are handed over to our internal centralised sales management team, post-sale agreed.
Creative negotiation is central to everything that we do, and you will be required to work with intelligent clients and purchasers, building trusted relationships at every opportunity. Applicant’s Skillset
This role requires a minimum of 4 years’ experience in estate agency which includes a good track record of valuing and listing properties.
You will be highly organised and process-driven to perform day-to-day tasks effectively.
Previous experience in demonstrating a winning mentality and increasing market share will be required.
You will need to be able to work under pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail, be a clear problem solver and have an engaging and charismatic personality.
You will naturally possess a positive, energetic and ‘can do’ approach to your day-to-day responsibilities.
Remuneration:
Base Salary ranging between £25,000 - £30,000 (inclusive of car allowance).
Realistic OTE of between £40,000 – 45,000 (personal & team commission).
28 days per annum (Inclusive of Bank Holidays) + An additional day off on your Birthday.
