Senior Registered Manager - Children's Services

Role and Responsibilities:
1. Lead and inspire a team of care staff to deliver exceptional, child-centred care in accordance with Ofsted regulations.
2. Take charge of all safeguarding matters - Ensuring the highest levels of safety and protection for every child in care.
3. Be a positive role model and mentor to the team of care staff - Providing therapeutic care and support for each child.
4. Spearhead initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care, from conducting performance reviews and appraisals to delivering impactful training and planning innovative developments for our home.
5. Build and nurture strong relationships with families, social workers, educators, and other key professionals to create a collaborative and supportive network for the children's success.
Requirements:
1. Experience in a management or senior role within a similar setting.
2. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services.
3. Significant experience supporting young people with EBD, SEMH and other complex needs.
4. In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.
5. Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
