Emergency Operations Administrator - Stevenage
We are recruiting experienced administrators to support the smooth running of our ambulance stations.
In this critical role you will support the Operational Managers with their administration, in order to allow them greater capacity to carry out their broader operational duties.

Main duties of the job
Your main responsibilities will include looking after all the administrative duties to facilitate the smooth running of the stations.
* Being the single point of contact for staff queries
* Liaising with Payroll
* Minute Taking
* Facilitating planning for staff to attend training
* Produce reports as and when required

Job responsibilities
* Educated to NVQ 3 level in a relevant subject or equivalent level of qualification, or significant equivalent previous proven experience
* Demonstrable experience of working in an administrative environment and working with computerised data
* Clear communicator with good writing, data entry, and telephone skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
* Understanding of Data Protection
* Experience of working in a health care environment
Person Specification
Knowledge, Training, and Experience

* Demonstrable experience of working in an administrative environment and working with computerised data systems.
* Trained or willing to work towards Loggist training.
* Experience of working in a health care environment.
* Awareness of a range of Health Services provisions.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
* Knowledge of NHS issues.
* Understanding of Data Protection legislation.
