Requirements:
- To be successful as a Database Engineer, you should have experience as a MongoDB Database Administrator or in a similar role, with a focus on setting up and managing large-scale MongoDB databases. A strong understanding of MongoDB architecture, including replica sets, sharded clusters, and data distribution, is essential. You should also have experience with MongoDB monitoring and diagnostic tools, such as PMM, Ops Manager, or third-party solutions. Other highly valued skills include familiarity with implementing MongoDB Container patterns on Kubernetes using a MongoDB operator or a Helm chart, expertise in system configuration management tools such as Chef and Ansible, and proficiency with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation and migration tasks. You may be assessed on critical skills relevant to success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital technology, and job-specific technical skills.

- In this role, we expect you to build and maintain infrastructure platforms and products that support applications and data systems, utilizing hardware, software, networks, and cloud computing platforms to ensure infrastructure reliability, scalability, and security. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Build Engineering: Develop, deliver, and maintain high-quality infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring measurable reliability, performance, availability, and ease of use.
- Incident Management: Monitor IT infrastructure and system performance to identify and resolve potential issues, vulnerabilities, or outages efficiently.
- Automation: Develop and implement automated tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce the need for manual intervention.
