Duties include, but are not limited to: Support the delivery of a high quality service to our service users Ensure the regulations regarding care homes and the Care Quality Commissionare met and maintained Keep accurate records Ensure that the care and nursing teams understand their roles and what expected of them by leading by example, mentoring and guiding Criteria for the Clinical Lead role Essential Qualified Nurse RGN/RMN with Active PIN with no restrictions Health and Safety, e.g., moving and handling trained Experience of caring for individuals with dementia Experience of medication management Experience of supervising and leading a care team Understanding of safeguarding adults at risk Understanding of key care principles Desire to develop further and lean new skills Desirable Experience of management in a care home setting Understanding of regulations and legislation within the care profession
