Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

Are you someone who is good at developing strong relationships across teams within HIOWC and other forces? If so, we are looking for someone to join our team who manages National Policing Databases and infrastructure and responds to requests from the business to ensure compliance with national operating rules and support investigations across HIOWC.
The successful applicant will be responsible for analysing and updating multiple systems to ensure that national standards are upheld and that the integrity of the national systems is maintained. They will also benchmark, test, and act as an authority in terms of governance of police systems.

Essential Qualifications
1. Educated to QCF Level 2 (3 – 5 passes including Maths and English) OR work experience deemed to have brought the postholder to a comparable level.
2. At least 1 year of experience working in a busy office, using computerised data systems.
3. Experience in cross-referencing complex systems.
4. Familiarity with record keeping and having undertaken Quality Assurance.
