Five main role responsibilities:
* To maintain a portfolio of Customer accounts resolving complex queries and keeping the overdue balances to a minimum.
* To reconcile accounts, allocating payments and credit notes to remittance advices and maintaining Debit notes.
* To build relationships internally and externally to minimise overdue debts.
* To manage month end processes according to deadlines whilst working as part of a team.
* Monitoring credit limits and exposures ensuring orders are not held.
Your profile:
* Sales Ledger and Credit Control background.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* The ability to organise own workload to meet deadlines and targets.
* Intermediate Excel skills.
* Able communicator via telephone and email.
