Responsibilities include: Conduct detailed assessments to identify clients' mental health needs. Perform mental capacity assessments in line with the Mental Capacity Act 2005, and submit applications for Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) when appropriate, ensuring legal compliance and safeguarding individuals' rights. Provide immediate support and intervention in emergency and crisis situations. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver coordinated, holistic care. Maintain accurate, clear, and up-to-date records of assessments, interventions, and care plans, ensuring all documentation adheres to council policies and legal requirements. Requirements: Relevant social work qualification 2 experience in adult social work, including assessment and care planning.
