This is a highly visible role working on site across a range of shifts to cover the site management 24/7. We are looking for someone who has significant experience of senior clinical leadership and operational management either as a registered nurse or registered allied health professional. Main duties of the job The Site Manager has a day to day operational role in providing Trust wide leadership and responsibility for the safe management of patient flow and capacity across the Trust.
