Job Title: Children's Home - Registered Manager
Location: Gloucester, Gloucestershire
Salary: £46,000 to £52,000 depending on experience
Working Hours: 39 hours per week (flexibility required)

Service Users: YPs, aged 6-12, with adverse childhood experiences and trauma
Home: 6 beds
Qualifications Required: Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce, working towards or completed Level 5 in Leadership and Management
Experience in Years: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s residential setting within the last five years

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Manager who can lead, manage, and develop a team of Residential Child Care Workers. You will have experience working with children who have faced adverse childhood experiences and trauma. The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport and provide stability, leading the home using trauma-informed practices.
