Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 DOE + Commission/Bonus (OTE £50,000). Guaranteed £2,000 bonus for the first 3 months.
Job Purpose
As a Video SafeCheck Consultant, you will undertake Health & Safety compliance reviews for businesses. The role involves meeting with business owners, understanding their Health & Safety management practices, and conducting audits to evaluate their compliance levels.
Following the audit, you will complete an evaluation report for the client, highlighting any risks and making recommendations.
Job Overview
The role requires a mix of commercial and technical skills. The Consultant must possess strong technical knowledge of Health & Safety and have the commercial presence to engage with business owners and provide recommendations to protect their business.
Main Duties / Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Complete evaluation reports for clients based on findings, highlighting risks and making recommendations.
* Cover an agreed geographical area, meeting with various business owners across different industry sectors.
* Adapt to changing environments and engage with business owners to identify their individual requirements, demonstrating potential risks through shortcomings in their Health & Safety arrangements.
* Demonstrate the value of the full H&S Service and highlight key reasons the client would benefit from our service, while maintaining professional Health & Safety consultancy objectives.
What You Bring to the Team

* Experience in a Health & Safety environment.
