We are looking for a proactive, highly organised, and analytical Business Analyst to report to the Sales Director. This is a key role that offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders across the business. Based at our modern showroom office in Ashton-Under-Lyne, you will also travel occasionally to retail showrooms, head office and events. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow in the business and be part of a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment, supporting at the highest level and playing a key role in the success of our operations Main Responsibilities Liaise with Directors, Showroom teams, Retail Recruitment, and Training departments Maintain and analyse KPIs and sales data, identifying underperformance and compiling reports for Director meetings Update and distribute daily performance updates to Area Managers Assist in tracking new store openings and ongoing project milestones Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements Conducting detailed process mapping and creating clear, actionable documentation Performing data analysis to support business cases, identify trends, and drive decision-making Supporting quality assurance efforts and contributing to continuous process improvement Leading effective stakeholder engagement through clear, confident communication and reporting In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
