Key Account Manager Role Summary
Manage key national accounts, oversee relationships with major businesses, and drive sales growth opportunities in the FMCG, Food Production, or Drinks sectors.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain strong relationships with existing business clients to ensure service levels are met.
* Present new products to potential and existing clients.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Manage product cost prices.
* Develop customer joint business plans.
* Handle customer inquiries.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
* Deliver forecast customer volume, net sales, and margin goals for relevant clients.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Experience in account management with major retailers.
* FMCG background in Food Production or Drinks sectors.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in the MS Office suite.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Resilience, drive, and a focus on career advancement.
Benefits:
* Standard office hours from 0800-1700, Monday to Friday.

* Salary up to £47,000 per year, depending on experience.
