Group Demand Planner - automotive aftermarket
Basic salary between £30,000 - £33,000 + bonus + benefits
Based in Kent with hybrid working
My client is an automotive parts manufacturer and due to extensive growth, they are looking to recruit a Demand Planner within their supply chain team based in Kent. It's a hybrid role with 2 days working from home, 3 in the office in Marden. If you're an experienced Demand Planner from any sector who is looking to grow and develop their career there is a lot of potential in the role to take on more responsibility in the near future.The Role:
1. Manage and sustain availability within agreed KPI's to support customer sales
2. Continually improve communication between the different brand teams and the Supply Chain team to ensure market requirements are managed, disseminated and achievements or budget constraints are fed back to senior management.
3. Manage all relevant policies, forecasts and parameters within the inventory management systems to meet demand and sales targets.
4. Manage and develop the range and stock profile of the brands, in line within agreed stock turn KPI's.
5. Actively seek to understand all aspects of the supply chain and ordering process to continually improve and develop efficient processes for Subsidiaries and support with master data issues preventing orders.
