Salary: £76.92 - £95.68 per day (Depending on experience)

About the Role: As a School Health Care Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting the health and well-being of our students. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to provide care and support tailored to each student’s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one and small group health care support tailored to students’ needs.
* Monitor and assess student health, adapting care strategies as necessary.
* Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure a cohesive approach to each student’s health and well-being.
* Create a positive and inclusive environment where all students feel valued.
* Use a variety of methods to engage and motivate students.
* Keep detailed records of each student’s health progress and communicate with relevant parties.
Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications or experience in health care support.
* Prior experience in supporting students or individuals with health care needs.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to establish and maintain strong, supportive relationships.
* Commitment to helping students with health care needs.
