Main duties of the job
This role offers a specific opportunity to support application and coaching of the FX way, in order to deliver improvements in our ChemPath service provision.
Working for our organisation
Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust provides NHS hospital services for around 900,000 people across Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey and south Buckinghamshire.
As well as delivering excellent general hospital services to local people, we provide specialist heart attack, vascular, stroke, spinal, cystic fibrosis and plastic surgery services across a much wider area.
We have three main hospitals - Frimley Park in Frimley near Camberley, Heatherwood in Ascot and Wexham Park near Slough.

Qualifications
* Experience working and coordinating Operational Excellence Programmes
* Yellow Belt Lean/Six Sigma
* Evidence on CPD
* Post Grad Masters
* Leadership Qualification
* Coaching Qualification
Experience
* Experience developing and coordinating delivery of training
* Experience leading projects in change management
* Experience in methods of improvement and theories of change in one lean based improvement method
* Experience of coaching/mentoring for improvement
* Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies
* Experience in coaching/mentoring in a healthcare setting
* Experience of co-production/ co-design
Knowledge
* Working Knowledge of 5s and other proven improvement strategies
